In December 2005, DC MAP established the Assessment District Task Force (ADTF) study program to research the feasibility of creating an assessment district like a Business Improvement District (BID) in the Dupont Circle commercial areas.

 

The ADTF selected among its members a steering committee to work with the executive director.
